Do you have to sign to make a rec? I want to do that once at a time, but not consistently enough to commit.

Yes, atm you can only rec if you sign up for a month. I know that's very restricitve, but it's mainly because this ensures more or less constant recs. People otherwise might rec, or they might not...

But the minimum requirement is only three recs if you sign up. :)

At the moment the earliest you can sign up for is September I'm afraid, since July and August are filled up. Just leave a comment if you're still interested! I'm always happy to have people sign up :).
