Reccer's comments: I'm so happy that this story is now done, so that I can rec it here. By now, y'all may have noticed that I love AUs. There's just something about seeing how events can change given another context. This AU is nothing short of amazing. writingispurdy takes A Study in Pink and weaves it into Jazz Age London in interesting and sometimes quite surprising ways. Obviously, for the purposes of this story, John is a veteran of WWI, for example. But John is still John...and Sherlock can never be anything other than himself, can he? I really hope that there will be a sequel.
