Yes, well said - I think vidding can be a kind of meta, too, that shows rather than tells us its findings, tracing themes and parallels through different scenes that don't read as obviously connected in the show itself. I love it when a vid draws unexpected comparisons or helps me notice details and think about characters in a deeper way :)
